Service Description
These weekly training sessions follow a development model designed to maximize player growth in a focused, high-repetition environment. Each session emphasizes first touch & change of direction, explosive dribbling, and spatial awareness - key qualities for effective game performance. Players develop through a progression of footwork and technical circuits, passing and receiving drills, and dynamic dribbling patterns. Players then apply what they've learnt in full technical circuits, 1v1 situations, and gameplay scenarios. Every session is built to replicate real-game demands, encourage quick decision making, confidence on the ball, and efficient movement in tight spaces. With a 1:6 trainer-to-athlete ratio, players receive detailed coaching and consistent feedback to support steady improvement. Plans are valid for 6 months from purchase and take place in both indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring year-round development. Offszn Training Group Soccer Policy I. Mission & Objective Our primary objective at Offszn Training is to provide a high-performance, structured environment where athletes can develop technical proficiency and tactical intelligence. We are committed to maintaining a professional atmosphere that allows every athlete to reach their full potential. II. Professional Standards (Code of Conduct) Elite Discipline: Athletes are expected to maintain focus and follow technical instructions throughout the session. Distractions or behavior that undermines the training environment will not be permitted. Professionalism & Respect: Athletes must demonstrate respect for coaching staff, fellow players, and the facility. This includes the proper use of equipment and professional communication at all times. Punctuality: To ensure the integrity of the training block, athletes must arrive and be ready to train at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals disrupt the technical progression of the group. III. Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy Financial Commitment: All program fees and payments are final. By completing registration, families acknowledge and agree to these terms. Refunds & Absences: We do not offer refunds, make-up sessions, or carry-overs for missed training. Absences due to injury, illness, vacation, or external scheduling conflicts remain the responsibility of the registrant. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule or cancel a session must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Sessions cancelled inside this 12-hour window will be forfeited. Package Validity: All training packages are valid for (6) month from the date of purchase. Any sessions not utilized within this 6-month period will expire and are non-refundable. IV. Liability & Media Consent Liability Waiver: Offszn Training is not liable for injuries sustained during training. Participation signifies an acknowledgment and acceptance of the inherent physical risks associated with competitive soccer. Media Release: By participating, athletes and guardians consent to the use of session photography and video footage for promotional, social media, and analytical purposes. V. Agreement Participation in Offszn Training constitutes full agreement with the the professional standards and policies outlined above.
