OFFSZN TRAINING
SIMCOE'S NUMBER 1 RATED YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM

Offszn Training is where players come to raise their level of technical ability and overall game. Our focus is on the details that separate good from great — sharp first touches under pressure, explosive dribbling, quick changes of direction, and the football IQ to outthink opponents. Most importantly, we build the confidence so players can perform when it counts on matchday.

Offszn Training (Player Development)

Training is the core of what we do. In the past three years, we’ve worked with hundreds of players across Simcoe, from grassroots to advanced levels. We organize private/semi-private trainings, weekly groups trainings, summer/winter camps, and full team technical programs for local clubs. Our focus is always the same — sharpen touches, raise IQ, and build confidence to perform when it matters.

Our players have taken what they’ve built here and stepped onto bigger stages — from national team trials, to representing Ontario, to training with academies across Europe and South America. Alongside our youth development, we currently train professionals, national team players, Division 1 athletes, and League1 talent. These aren’t one-off stories; they’re proof of what’s possible when talent is pushed in the right environment. At Offszn, we’re not just developing skills — we’re building a pathway that connects local players to every level of the game.

With all this being said, Offszn is just one part of the journey. The real credit belongs to the players — the ones who stay consistent, push through long days, and put in extra hours even after 3+ hours on the field. Their work ethic is what turns opportunity into success.

Offszn Series (Leagues)

We organize youth leagues that keep players sharp throughout the indoor seasons. These leagues are designed to push players in ways traditional formats can’t. Futsal, 3v3, and now 4v4 give athletes more touches, faster decisions, and constant pressure — the kind that builds sharp technical skills and match intelligence.

Last season, our youth 3v3 league featured 12 teams and 80+ players, all competing weekly in high-intensity games that reward quick thinking and creativity. On the adult side, our summer 7v7 leagues ran across Coed A, Coed B, and Men’s Open divisions, with 14 total teams.

The Offszn Series isn’t just about winning games — it’s about creating a competitive environment where players test themselves, raise their level, and learn to perform under pressure. Every league and match is another chance to sharpen skills, make smarter decisions, and grow as a footballer.

FOUNDER + TECHNICAL TRAINER

Kyle Pasquale is the founder and lead technical trainer at Offszn Training, where he’s building a culture that develops players, sharpens their skills, and opens pathways to the next level. His mission is simple: help players perform under pressure, be seen by the right opportunities, and reach their full potential on the field.

Born and raised in Brampton, Ontario, Kyle Pasquale started his soccer journey at a young age, playing for local club, Brampton youth. Kyle always had ambitions of becoming a professional soccer player, and through his dedication and perseverance Kyle was able to begin his professional youth career abroad

Kyle honed his skills abroad with GNK Dinamo Zagreb (U17) — Croatia’s top professional club, regularly competing in the UEFA Champions League and Europa League, and home to one of the world’s leading youth academies for player development and exposure — and NK Sesvete (U19 & U21), whose professional team plays in Croatia’s 2nd division while its youth teams compete at the top level in the country. Those experiences exposed him to elite coaching environments, high standards of technical play, and the mental toughness required to succeed — lessons he now brings back to players in Simcoe County.
